To those who will become our customers:

If you do not know who and what Sentech is, let us briefly introduce

ourselves. We are a Japanese industrial camera manufacturer, estab-

lished in 1987. We specialize in industrial video cameras. Sentech

opened operations in the USA three years ago.

Do not let our prices fool you. Many companies have initially thought

that based on our prices, our quality was lower than the cameras they

were currently using. However, a low cost on a camera will not offset

poor quality and the problems that follow. The fact of the matter is, that

our cameras are probably much better than the brand you are currently

using. Our customer base is comprised of some of the biggest names,

and most reputable companies utilizing video cameras in their systems.

Sentech’s product quality is second to none and better than most, the

low pricing is just an additional benefit for you.

We are striving to and succeeding in setting a new standard of excel-

lence in customer support. This includes both administrative and techni-

cal. And, as you can see on the previous page, we are making additional

investments to further enhance and improve our support for our custom-

ers. We have been told by our customers that the support from Sentech

has helped them shorten their product development cycles and get into

the market with new products faster and with less investment. Support-

ing our customers like this is very important to Sentech.

Finally, our ability to customize our existing products and/or build

specialized custom cameras has proven to be very valuable to some of

our customer base. We have actually helped customers eliminate pro-

cessing downstream from the camera by building that processing func-

tion into the camera.
